About this development build
MicroNotch is developed by Adam Godsall under Godsall.dev. This notice describes the current MicroNotch-2 development build, rather than a released product. Features, integrations and data handling may change before public distribution.
For questions about the app or information shared with the developer, email adam@godsall.dev.
Session information on your Mac
Configured integrations provide session events so MicroNotch can display activity, pending requests and session history. Treat session details, project paths, prompts and request content as potentially sensitive.
The current build stores session history in a local SQLite database within ~/Library/Application Support/MicroNotch-Rebuild/. It also keeps local settings and integration information. Optional transcript recovery reads the local sources you select.
Integration setup lets you review proposed configuration changes before applying them and keeps backups for supported rollback operations. Launching the app alone does not install provider hooks.
Optional connections and notifications
Usage connections can make authenticated requests to the providers you configure to retrieve reported limits, balances and spending. Supported live interactions send your response back through the connected coding tool. Those services handle information under their own privacy terms.
If you enable Bark forwarding, notification content is sent to your configured Bark server for delivery. Saved Bark device and encryption keys use Apple Keychain. Optional remote connections communicate with the host you configure; the current build stores pairing tokens in private local files.
The current personal build has no advertising, analytics or developer licence service. Local storage does not mean that optional network features operate offline.
Removing development data
Before removing the development build, use its integration maintenance controls to remove installed hooks where applicable, then quit the app. Deleting the app alone may leave integration settings, local history, backups and saved credentials behind.
Email for help locating and removing remaining development data or saved credentials. Removing local files does not delete records held by your coding tools, providers, remote hosts or notification services.
