The systems behind a care service.

At Hygea Homecare I ran operations and implemented the software our team used. At Heritage Healthcare I helped franchise owners adopt a recruitment platform. I’m now building OneCare Policy, drawing on that experience.

Moving from PASS to CareLineLive

At Hygea Homecare, the systems behind a CQC-regulated homecare service had to work for the people organising and delivering care.

What I did

Implemented CareLineLive and migrated client and staff records from PASS using CSV transfers and field mapping. Trained two managers and four care coordinators in scheduling, records, incident recording and eMAR handling.

Result

The implementation connected system configuration, record migration and practical staff training within the care service I co-founded.

Recruitment at Heritage Healthcare

Heritage Healthcare franchise owners needed support with recruitment systems implementation, onboarding and operational improvement.

What I did

Mapped recruitment workflows and delivered the platform rollout with demonstrations, videos, written guides and 30+ job-description templates.

Result

16 of 20 franchises adopted the recruitment platform rollout (80%).

Running Hygea Homecare

Running Hygea Homecare meant taking responsibility for staffing, governance and service delivery alongside the systems supporting them.

What I did

Built a recruitment system and dashboards for training compliance and client referrals.

Result

Recruitment administration time fell by 50%. At the service’s first CQC inspection in January 2023, it was rated Good overall and Outstanding in Responsive.

Building OneCare Policy

Care operations showed me how policy documents, review dates and staff acknowledgements can become disconnected.

What I did

Developing OneCare Policy as part of OneCare Digital’s work for independent homecare providers in England. The workflow brings documents, reviews, approvals and staff acknowledgements together.

Current stage

A working preview is available and the launch list is open. The platform is in development; AI-assisted checks and drafting are planned with human review.
